This Privacy Policy explains how MockUp Buddy, operated by Design Buddy Ltd, collects, uses and protects information when you use our website, web app and related services.
1. Information we collect
We may collect information you provide directly, including your email address, account details, saved mock-ups, feedback and information needed to manage your subscription.
We may also collect limited technical and usage information, such as browser type, device information, pages or features used, error logs and approximate usage data. This helps us operate, secure and improve the service.
2. Uploaded content
You may upload images, video, profile details and other content to create mock-ups. Some processing takes place in your browser. Where server-side processing is required, content may be temporarily transmitted to our service providers solely to complete the requested function, such as video export.
We do not claim ownership of the content you upload.
3. How we use information
- To provide and maintain MockUp Buddy.
- To authenticate accounts and manage access to paid features.
- To process payments and subscriptions.
- To save mock-ups where you choose to use that feature.
- To diagnose technical issues, prevent abuse and improve the product.

4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. MockUp Buddy does not store your full card details. Stripe processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy terms.
5. Service providers
We use third-party service providers to operate parts of MockUp Buddy, including hosting, authentication, database services and payment processing. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.
6. Cookies and local storage
MockUp Buddy may use cookies, browser storage or similar technologies where necessary for account sessions, preferences, saved settings and core product functionality. We may also use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the service is used.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security. Temporary processing files may be deleted sooner once the requested operation is complete.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

MockUp Buddy is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
